1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large (1 cup) onion, chopped
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans reduced sodium chicken broth
1 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained
1 (4- to 5-ounce) can chopped green chiles
12 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, quartered
1/2 pound sliced deli turkey breast
Chopped fresh cilantro leaves
STEP 1
Heat oil in 3-quart saucepan; add onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 4-6 minutes or until onion is softened.
STEP 2
Add chicken broth; cook over high heat 5-7 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes.
STEP 3
Add all remaining ingredients except cilantro. Cook over medium heat 5-7 minutes or until soup is heated through.
STEP 4
To serve, ladle soup into bowls. Sprinkle with cilantro.
