1 pound lean ground beef
2 (3/4-ounce) slices white Land O Lakes® Deli American, quartered
2 (3/4-ounce) slices yellow Land O Lakes® Deli American, quartered
4 hamburger buns
Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Shape ground beef into 4 (4-inch) patties.
Place patties onto grill. Grill, turning once, 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F and meat is no longer pink in center.
Place 1 burger on bottom half of bun; top with 2 quarters white cheese and 2 quarters yellow cheese, placing alternately in checkerboard pattern. Cover with top half of bun. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
