1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
1/8 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
1 small head Romaine lettuce, washed, torn
1/2 cup red onion, cut into 2-inch strips
1 cup Caesar-seasoned croutons
Combine sour cream, 1 tablespoon cheese, lemon juice, garlic, anchovy paste and pepper in small bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Combine lettuce and onion in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Add remaining cheese and croutons; toss lightly.
