Ingredients

Filling

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar

1 1/2 cups apple pie filling

Topping

3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons uncooked quick cooking oats

1 tablespoon sweetened flaked coconut, if desired

1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all filling ingredients in bowl. Mix well.

  3. STEP 3

    Spoon half of filling mixture in each of 2 (1-cup) individual baking dishes.

  4. STEP 4

    Stir together all topping ingredients in bowl. Sprinkle topping over apple mixture. Place baking dishes on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.

Tip #1

- To prepare 4 servings, prepare filling using 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar and 1 (21-ounce) can apple pie filling. Prepare topping using 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup quick cooking oats, 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar, 2 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut (if desired) and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Prepare as directed above. Spoon about 1/2 cup filling mixture in each of 4 (1-cup) individual baking dishes. Bake 20-25 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.

Tip #2

- To make ahead, prepare recipe as directed above. Cover unbaked crisp with aluminum foil; freeze. To serve, uncover; bake as directed above increasing bake time to 25-30 minutes.
