1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, very soft
4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup toasted rice cereal
Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine flour, butter and cheese in large bowl; mix until dough forms. Stir in cereal until combined.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- If the dough is difficult to mix with a spoon, mix ingredients together with your hands.
- Use ruler to double-check the size of the unbaked balls as you form them.
