Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Press dough to 12x8-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface. Sprinkle cheese over crust to within 1/2-inch of edge. Roll up dough, starting with long edge. Pinch edges to seal.

  3. STEP 3

    Cut roll into 1-inch pieces with sharp knife. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased nonstick baking sheet. Bake 13-16 minutes or until golden brown.

Tip #1

If you do not have a nonstick baking sheet, use a regular aluminum baking sheet. Grease baking sheet well and remove roll-ups immediately after baking to prevent sticking. Increase baking time by 2 minutes.

This is a simple, easy recipe. I have also added cooked sausage to sprinkle on top of cheese. Great quick breakfast.
