4 (18-inch long) pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil
8 fresh or canned apricot halves
16 fresh pineapple chunks
12 large marshmallows
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
*Substitute fresh or canned peaches, halved.
**Substitute 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained.
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Spray aluminum foil pieces with no-stick cooking spray. Place 2 apricot halves, 4 pineapple pieces and 3 marshmallows in center of each piece of foil. Top each evenly with 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter.
Bring edges of foil up to center; tightly seal top and sides of each packet.
Place fruit packets onto grill. Grill 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows are melted. Serve warm.
Oven Directions: Heat oven to 450°F. Prepare foil packets as directed above. Bake 10-15 minutes or until marshmallows are melted.

Delicious! I will make these again but without the marshmallows since they are sweet enough. Would be good over ice cream!
I prefer fresh apricots and you can roast the marshmellow separately and then place on top of the cooked fruit.
