Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
(1.16-ounce) packets @LAND O LAKES® Cappuccino Classics™
(1/2 Teaspoon)
baking powder
(1/2 Teaspoon)
baking soda


(1.16-ounce) packet @LAND O LAKES® Cappuccino Classics™
(2 Tablespoons)
(1/4 Cup)
@LAND O LAKES® Butter@, softened
(1 1/2 Cups)
powdered sugar
(1/2 Teaspoon)


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all cake ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (2 to 3 minutes).
  2. Pour batter into greased and floured 8-inch square baking pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
  3. Dissolve 1 packet cappuccino mix in milk in small bowl; mix well.
  4. Place 1/4 cup butter in medium mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy (1 to 2 minutes). Reduce speed to low. Beat, gradually adding cappuccino mixture, powdered sugar and vanilla and scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). Beat in additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, if necessary for desired spreading consistency. Frost cooled cake.
  5. TIP:We recommend any of LAND O LAKES® Cappuccino Classics™ flavors, Suprema, Suisse Mocha, Amaretto Italia or French Vanilla, in this recipe.
