For breakfast or brunch, these easy apple cinnamon muffins are a tasty favorite.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg, slightly beaten
1 medium (1 cup) apple, finely chopped
Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 12-cup muffin pan; set aside.
Combine, flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in bowl. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir just until flour is moistened.
Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake 18-23 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.
Serve with Land O Lakes® Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil.

These were very easy to make and came out delicious. I reduced the sugar based on previous comments. Will definitely make again.
Super easy to make. I used sweetened almond milk because that's what I had on hand. I also followed the reviewer recommendation of only using 1/2 cup sugar. They are delicious! I sprinkled cinnamon on top for added flavor. I also used a small/medium gala apple.
