1 (8-ounce) package uncooked dried linguine
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, cut into 1x1/4x1/4-inch strips
3/4 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup water
1 medium (1 cup) red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 (8-ounce) package Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, cubed 1/2-inch
Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain. Keep warm.
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet; add garlic. Cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes or until garlic just begins to brown.
Stir in ham, olives, parsley, water, bell pepper and oregano. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 1-2 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir in linguine.
Remove from heat; stir in cheese.
