I used a half of a bag of frozen peppers which made the soup perfect for Christmas. Not only is the soup pretty to look at, but it's also filling.
My wife and kids loved it. I mean really loved it! Tough to get everyone enjoying the same meal (kids are such picky eaters) but this was a hit. Definitely try it, you won't be disappointed.
Brrr. That chill in the air can only mean one thing: It’s time to warm up with a pot of chowder. Or two. Or ten. On the stovetop or in the slow cooker, chowder is easy and filling.
