Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) can
whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon
horseradish
1 (1-pound) loaf
French bread, cut in half horizontally
1/4 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1 1/2 pounds
thinly sliced deli turkey breast
8 (3/4-ounce) slices
yellow and/or white cut in half diagonallyLand O Lakes® Deli American

Directions

  1. Combine cranberry sauce and horseradish in bowl; mix well.
  2. Heat broiler.
  3. Place bread onto ungreased baking sheet, cut-side up. Spread each bread half with 2 tablespoons butter. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Spread each bread half with 3/4 cup cranberry mixture; layer each evenly with turkey and cheese triangles.Continue broiling 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Cut each half into 6 pieces.
