Ingredients

Brownie

1 (19.9-ounce) package dark chocolate brownie mix

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1/4 cup water

2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

4 (2-ounce) chocolate caramel cookie bars, chopped

Topping

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream

6 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Unsweetened cocoa, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil, extending foil over pan edges. Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

Combine all brownie ingredients except cookie bars in bowl; mix well. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with chopped candy bars. Bake 26-28 minutes or until brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely.

  3. STEP 3

Pour whipping cream into bowl; beat at high speed until stiff peaks form. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in another bowl; beat at medium speed until smooth and creamy. Add whipped cream; beat until well mixed. Spread mixture over cooled brownies; sprinkle with cocoa, if desired. Refrigerate 1 hour or until topping is set.

  4. STEP 4

Lift brownies out of pan, using foil ends. Cut into 32 squares by pressing straight down with large knife, wiping knife after each cut. Cut each brownie square diagonally into triangles. Store in refrigerator.
