8 ounces (3 cups) uncooked dried rigatoni
8 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
STEP 1
Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, cook bacon in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Reduce heat to medium. Add broccoli and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until broccoli is crisply tender.
STEP 3
Add cooked rigatoni, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and ground red pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
