1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
1 (11-ounce) package caramels, unwrapped
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon rum flavoring
Cut-up fresh fruit
*Substitute 1 tablespoon rum.
Place butter and caramels in saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 12-15 minutes or until caramels are melted. Stir in pecans, milk and rum extract. Stir vigorously to incorporate butter. Keep warm; use as a dip for cut-up fresh fruit.
