1/2 cup sour cream
1 (8-ounce) package imitation crabmeat, finely chopped
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Fresh parsley, if desired
Cut seam on side of pea pod forming pocket.Combine all remaining ingredients except parsley in bowl.
Spoon or pipe 2 teaspoons crab mixture into each pea pod.
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
