Ingredients

1/2 pound
snow pea pods, tips removed
1/2 cup
sour cream
1 (8-ounce) package
imitation crabmeat, finely chopped
3 ounces
cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon
horseradish
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
Fresh parsley, if desired

Directions

  1. Cut seam on side of pea pod forming pocket.Combine all remaining ingredients exceptparsley in bowl.
  2. Spoon or pipe 2 teaspoonscrab mixture into each pea pod.
  3. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
