Filling
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Coffee Cake
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
STEP 1
Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt® pan or 10-inch tube pan; set aside.
STEP 2
Combine all filling ingredients in bowl. Set aside.
STEP 3
Combine sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla in another bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add all remaining coffee cake ingredients; beat at low speed until well mixed.
STEP 4
Spread 1/3 batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with half filling mixture. Repeat with batter and filling mixture. Spread remaining 1/3 batter over filling.
STEP 5
Bake 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
