This tasty quesadillas are made with crab, cheese, olives and chiles.

1/3 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1/4 cup chopped mild green chiles, drained
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pint (2 cups) deli crabmeat salad (without pasta)
8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Sliced green onions
*Substitute 1 pint (2 cups) shrimp, chicken or imitation crabmeat salad (without pasta).
Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine all quesadilla ingredients except tortillas and butter in bowl. Brush 1 side of each tortilla with butter. Place tortillas, buttered-side down, onto ungreased baking sheet.
Spread about 1/2 cup filling on each tortilla; fold in half. Press together lightly.
Bake 7-10 minutes or until heated through. Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges. Serve with desired toppings.
