Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package
crabmeat or imitation crabmeat, thawed, if necessary
1/2 cup
light mayonnaise
1/4 cup
sliced green onions
6 ounces (1 1/2 cups)
Swiss cheese, chopped
1/2 teaspoon
garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon
paprika
20 slices (about 3-inches wide)
sourdough or French bread baguette

Directions

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Shred or coarsely chop crabmeat.
  3. Stir together crabmeat and all remaining ingredients except bread in bowl.
  4. Place bread slices onto large baking sheet. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 1-2 minutes or until toasted. Turn bread slices over; spread each with about 1 tablespoon crabmeat mixture. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 2-3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve immediately.
