3 cups cubed cooked turkey
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
3 ribs (1 1/2 cups) celery, sliced 1/2-inch
4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese in bowl. Spoon mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover; bake 45-50 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly around edges.
To make ahead, prepare recipe as directed. Cover with plastic food wrap; refrigerate overnight. Remove plastic wrap. Heat oven to 350°F. Cover; bake 55-65 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

I substituted a can of diced potatoes for the almonds. My 2
sons ate second helpings and left a small amount for their
dad (only because they felt guilty) and I didn't even get a
taste!!! I made this on a weeknight before I left for a
meeting. When I returned it smelled great and, obviously,
was a big hit. Next time I make it, I'll be sure to stay home
so I can eat some!
