1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter softened
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted, cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
1/4 cup salted peanuts
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
Combine sugar, butter and brown sugar in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add eggs, unsweetened chocolate and vanilla. Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Add flour; continue beating, scraping bowl often, until mixed. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate pieces and peanuts.
Spread batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate pieces on batter. Bake 25-30 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
