1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound (24) fresh large raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail on
1 medium lemon, sliced, quartered
9 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
STEP 1
Heat one side of gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Push coals to one side in charcoal grill. Make aluminum foil drip pan; place opposite coals.
STEP 2
Combine butter, cilantro, garlic and pepper in bowl; set aside.
STEP 3
Assemble kabobs on 8 (8-inch) metal skewers by alternately threading shrimp, lemon and green onions.
STEP 4
Place kabobs onto grill over drip pan. Grill, turning and brushing often with butter mixture, 8-10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
