Ingredients

1/2 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/4 cup
finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons
finely chopped fresh garlic
1/8 teaspoon
pepper
1 pound (24)
fresh large raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail on
1 medium
lemon, sliced, quartered
9
green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces

Directions

  1. Heat one side of gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Push coals to one side in charcoal grill. Make aluminum foil drip pan; place opposite coals.
  2. Combine butter, cilantro, garlic and pepper in bowl; set aside.
  3. Assemble kabobs on 8 (8-inch) metal skewers by alternately threading shrimp, lemon and green onions.
  4. Place kabobs onto grill over drip pan. Grill, turning and brushing often with butter mixture, 8-10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
