3 cups fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 apple, cored, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 ripe apricots, pitted, cut into quarters
3 ripe plums, pitted, cut into quarters
8 (8-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread, melted
*Substitute 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained.
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Alternately thread fruit onto wooden skewers. Place kabobs onto grill; brush with Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread. Cover; grill kabobs, turning and brushing occasionally with butter spread 4-8 minutes, until heated through.
