Ingredients

3 cups
fresh pineapple*, cut into 1-inch pieces
1
apple, cored, cut into 1-inch pieces
2
ripe apricots, pitted, cut into quarters
3
ripe plums, pitted, cut into quarters
 
8 (8-inch)
wooden skewers, soaked in water
 
1/4 cup
Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread, melted
 
*Substitute 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained.

Directions

  1. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Alternately thread fruit onto wooden skewers. Place kabobs onto grill; brush with Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread. Cover; grill kabobs, turning and brushing occasionally with butter spread 4-8 minutes, until heated through.
