Ingredients

1 (9-ounce) package
refrigerated cheese or spinach-filled tortellini
3/4 cup
zesty Italian dressing
1 (1/2-inch) slice
deli ham, cubed
1 (1/2-inch) slice
deli hard salami, cubed
1
red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
1
green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
1/4 (1/2-inch thick slice) pound
Land O Lakes® Swiss Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 (1/2-inch thick slice) pound
Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Directions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.
  2. Place Italian dressing, ham, salami, red and green pepper in large plastic food bag. Tightly seal bag. Turn bag over; place in 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate, turning occasionally, for 2 to 3 hours; drain.
  3. Thread tortellini, ham, salami, peppers and cheese on toothpicks.

I made this for my daughter's high school graduation party and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved it. I used pepperoni sticks (the skinny ones) instead of ham, though.

It was not only delicious but was the prettiest center piece. Stood them up in clear vase and then layed the rest down on rectangle white plate.
