4 thin tomato slices
1/2 pint deli chicken salad without pasta
2 (3/4-ounce) slices yellow Land O Lakes® Deli American, quartered
2 (3/4-ounce) slices white Land O Lakes® Deli American, quartered
Top each toasted muffin half with 1 slice tomato and 1/4 chicken salad.
Place 2 yellow and 2 white cheese squares in checkerboard pattern on each muffin. Broil 5 to 7 inches from heat 1-2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
