3 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
5 to 6 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Place butter into bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy.
Add powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla. Beat at low speed, adding enough milk for desired spreading consistency.
