1/2 cup fat-free Caesar salad dressing
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
1 tomato, finely chopped
2 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed 1/4-inch
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
2 cups cooked couscous, cooled
Combine all ingredients except couscous in large bowl; toss gently. Gently stir in couscous. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
