This cornbread stuffing recipe enhances basic Thanksgiving or Christmas stuffing with added cranberries for extra zing!

3 cups dried cubed herb seasoned stuffing
2 cups crumbled cornbread
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dried cherries or sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter melted
2 ribs (1 cup) celery, sliced
1 small (1/2 cup) onion, chopped
2 teaspoons sugar
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine all stuffing ingredients in bowl.
Place stuffing into ungreased 2-quart baking dish; cover. Bake 30 minutes.
Uncover; bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top and temperature in middle reaches 165°F.
If you like stuffing a little drier, reduce chicken broth to 1/2 cup.
