3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup butterscotch-flavored baking chips , melted

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg

2 tablespoons milk

2 teaspoons vanilla

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all ingredients in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

  2. STEP 2

    Divide dough in half. Wrap each half in plastic food wrap; flatten slightly. Refrigerate until firm.

  3. STEP 3

    Heat oven to 375°F.

  4. STEP 4

    Roll out dough, one-half at a time, on lightly floured surface (keeping remaining dough refrigerated) to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with 3- to 4-inch dinosaur-shaped cookie cutter.

  5. STEP 5

    Use dough scraps to form spikes or horns to decorate cookies. Place 2 inches apart onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. Repeat with remaining dough.

  6. STEP 6

    Bake 8-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let stand 1 minute on cookie sheet; carefully remove to cooling rack. Cool completely.

Tip #1

Microwave butterscotch chips in bowl 1 minute. Stir; continue microwaving 10-20 seconds or until melted and smooth.
