Ingredients

Kabobs

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained

1 apple, unpeeled, cored, cut into slices

2 ripe bananas, peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks

1 nectarine, pitted, cut into 1-inch slices

8 (10-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water

Glaze

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread, melted

How to make

  1. STEP 1

Heat gas grill on medium-low or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

  2. STEP 2

Thread fruit alternately onto wooden skewers. Place skewers onto grill. Grill, turning and brushing with glaze, 4-6 minutes or until fruit is softened and heated through.

Tip #1

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning when placed onto grill.

Tip #2

- Use other fruits, such as grapes, peaches or apricots, as desired.
