Canadian bacon is sautéed in Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread to make this easy sandwich a great choice for breakfast, lunch or a quick dinner.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
4 (1-ounce) slices
Canadian bacon
4 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American, each cut in half

English muffins, split

Directions

  1. Melt 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add Canadian bacon slices. Cook, turning once, 2 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Toast English muffin halves; spread about 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread onto each half. Top each with 1 half slice cheese, 1 slice Canadian bacon and 1 half slice cheese. Top with remaining buttered muffin half.
  3. Serve immediately.

Recipe Tips

For heartier appetites, add one fried egg to the sandwich.
