1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Sugar, if desired
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in bowl; set aside.
Combine sugar, brown sugar, Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and peanut butter in another bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Add egg; continue beating until well mixed. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed until mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.
Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls; place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with fork dipped in sugar making a criss-cross pattern. Sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to cooling rack.
