2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (9-ounce) bag chopped romaine lettuce
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
1 cup croutons
2 small tomatoes, sliced
STEP 1
Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until sizzling. Add garlic, parsley and salt; stir to combine.
STEP 2
Add chicken; cook, turning once, 13-18 minutes or until chicken reaches at least 165°F, is golden brown on both sides and juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Remove from skillet.
STEP 3
Toss lettuce, cheese and dressing in bowl.
STEP 4
Cut chicken into thin strips. Serve chicken, croutons and tomatoes over lettuce mixture.
