6 hot dogs, chopped
1 (8.5-ounce) package corn muffin mix
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut into quarters
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 24 mini muffin pan cups with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package. Stir in hot dog pieces. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon mixture into each prepared mini muffin pan cup.
Bake 8-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; place 1 quarter cheese on top of each muffin. Return muffins to oven; bake 30-60 seconds or until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes in pans; remove from pans. Serve warm.
Try making these muffins in standard-size muffin pans. Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Divide cheese evenly among muffins; return to oven to melt cheese. Makes 10 muffins.
