1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg, slightly beaten
Coarse grain sugar, if desired
Heat oven to 400°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
Combine flour, cherries, chocolate chips, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Add whipping cream, butter, milk and beaten egg; stir until well mixed.
Drop dough by heaping 1/3 cupfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle tops with coarse grain sugar, if desired. Bake 12-14 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
