2 naan breads or other soft flatbreads
4 (3/4-ounce) slices white Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut in half
1 pear, thinly sliced
4 ounces Brie cheese, cut into thin wedges
3 ounces very thinly sliced deli ham or prosciutto, chopped
Heat oven to 425°F.
Place naan breads directly onto oven rack. Bake 4 minutes to crisp; remove from oven.
Place breads onto ungreased baking sheet. Top evenly with cheese slices, pear slices and Brie cheese. Sprinkle ham or prosciutto evenly over top. Bake 10-11 minutes or until Brie cheese is melted.
Soft pita breads can be substituted for naan flatbread. Depending on size, you might want to use 4 pitas for the 4 servings. Divide ingredients among pita breads.
