Ingredients

Crust

1 (11-ounce) tube refrigerated thin pizza crust dough

1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Spread

1/2 cup milk

8 ounces Land O Lakes® Deli American, chopped

1/4 cup sliced banana peppers

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

Topping

1 1/2 cups mini pepperoni

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.

  2. STEP 2

    Press pizza crust into large rectangle on prepared baking sheet. Cut horizontally into thirds with pizza cutter. Cut each row into 8 triangles.

  3. STEP 3

    Spread melted butter over crust, using pastry brush. Sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Bake 8-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet; separate triangles.

  4. STEP 4

    Combine milk and cheese in bowl. Microwave 2 minutes; stir. Continue microwaving, stirring every 30 seconds, until spread is smooth. Stir in banana peppers, olives and bell pepper.

  5. STEP 5

    Serve spread at room temperature with mini pepperoni to build individual mini pizza slices. Store refrigerated.

Spread can be customized to your child's favorite pizza recipe. Just add or omit ingredients to spread as desired.
