Ingredients

Chicken

2 pounds
chicken wingettes and drummies
2 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter
1 (11-ounce) can
chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
3 tablespoons
Buffalo wings hot sauce
3 tablespoons
fresh lime juice

Dipping Sauce

1 cup
sour cream
2 tablespoons
fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons
fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; spray with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken wings into prepared pan. Bake 45 minutes. Drain fat.
  3. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add chipotle peppers with adobo sauce and Buffalo wings hot sauce; stir. Cook until small bubbles begin to form on surface. Continue cooking, stirring often, 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly. Stir in lime juice. Strain sauce to remove chipotle peppers. Pour over wings; toss to coat. Bake 5-10 minutes or until wings are crispy and no longer pink inside.
  4. Combine all dipping sauce ingredients in bowl; stir to combine.
