1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
4 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
4 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Melt butter and chocolate in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until smooth. Cool completely.
Combine melted chocolate mixture, 1 cup flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Stir in remaining flour and nuts. Cover; 2 hours refrigerate.
Heat oven to 300°F.
Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes or until set.
