2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg (yolk only)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
Place butter into large coffee mug; microwave 30-45 seconds or until melted. Add all remaining cake ingredients; mix well with fork.
Microwave 60-90 seconds or until cake pulls away from sides and top is dry. (Do not overcook.) Cool slightly. Drizzle with melted butter; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Coffee mug should be at least 12 ounces.
This recipe can easily be doubled using 1 (1/4 cup) Land O' Lakes® Half Stick to make 2 mug cakes.

Easy recipe. A bit too much nutmeg. I dried mine out going the full 90 seconds, but it wasn't too bad. Make sure to take into account how much wattage your microwave has. Cooking time is lower with higher watts.
I just greased the sides of the mug with the butter that was melted at the beginning. A lot of mug cake recipes have you do that.
