
Easy Chicken Dijon

Ingredients

4 cup all-purpose flour1
8 teaspoon pepper2 (4-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
2 Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
3 cup2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
4 cup sliced pitted black olives
Chopped fresh parsley
Hot cooked noodles, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Combine flour and pepper in 9-inch pie plate. Dip chicken breasts in flour mixture to coat well.

Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add chicken. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, 7-8 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove chicken from pan.

Add whipping cream and mustard to same skillet. Cook over medium heat 4-5 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened.

Return chicken to skillet. Add olives. Continue cooking 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve over noodles, if desired.
