4 English muffins, split
4 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, hard-cooked, cooled, peeled, sliced
4 (3/4-ounces) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
8 (1-ounce) slices deli ham
*Substitute poached or fried eggs.
Place muffin halves onto ungreased baking sheet. Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat, 1-2 minutes or until light golden brown.
Spread each muffin half with 1/2 teaspoon mustard. Place 4 muffin halves aside.
Top each remaining muffin half with 1 ham slice, 1/4 egg slices, 1 cheese slice and 1 ham slice. Continue broiling 1-2 minutes or until cheese just begins to melt. Top with reserved muffin halves.
