Ingredients

1 (3.4-ounce) package
instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling*
1 cup
Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1 cup
sour cream
1 cup
low-fat vanilla flavor yogurt
Fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or blackberries**, if desired
 
*Substitute 1 (0.9-ounce) package sugar free instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling.

**Substitute frozen thawed berries.

Directions

  1. Combine instant pudding and milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until mixture is smooth and slightly thickened. Add sour cream and yogurt; whisk until smooth. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  2. To serve, spoon custard into 6 individual dessert dishes; top with assorted berries.

Better if sour cream is reduced and additional vanilla yogurt is replaced, otherwise sour cream flavor is overbearing.

I couldn't wait to get home to make this custard. It is out of site. Added mini marshmallows. Whip cream on top with mint sprig with sliced bananas. Make it girls. what a easy treat for company as well.So So easy and good good good. Norma
