Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon orange juice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 (2.1-ounce) package frozen mini filo dough shells, thawed

Chopped assorted fruit and/or finely chopped nuts

1/4 cup seedless strawberry jam, melted

Fresh mint leaves, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine cream cheese, sour cream, orange juice and vanilla in bowl until well mixed.

  2. STEP 2

    Spoon about 1 teaspoon cream cheese filling into each filo shell; top with fruit. Drizzle jam over fruit. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.

Tip #1

- Fruit suggestions include strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwifruit, nectarines and/or drained crushed pineapple.

Tip #2

- To melt strawberry jam, spoon into microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted.

Tip #3

- Frozen mini filo dough shells can be found in the frozen dessert section of your supermarket.

Tip #4

- Filled tarts may be covered and refrigerated up to 3 hours before serving.
