Can the filling be made ahead of time and put in the shells before serving?

THIS IS A FANTASIC RECIPE AND RECEIVED MANY GOOD COMMENTS FROM GUESTS. I ADDED THE ZEST OF (2) ORANGES TO THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE AND LET THIS SIT IN THE REFRIGERATOR A FEW HOURS SO THAT THE FLAVORS WOULD MELD. DEFINITELY WILL MAKE AGAIN.

Made these for our office party, I was only able to get one before they were all gone. Everyone loved them.

Served these at a ladies luncheon and they went over great! Had to give the web site to several people. Am going to make these again for a birthday party next week.
