1 cup Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter, softened
2 tablespoons dry white wine or sherry
1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
*Substitute Land O Lakes® Salted Butter. **Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes. ***Substitute 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
STEP 1
Beat butter in small bowl at medium speed until creamy. Reduce speed to low. Add all remaining ingredients; continue beating until well mixed.
STEP 2
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to enhance flavors.
