A pretty and tasty salad that uses the season’s best fruit tossed with creamy fruit gelatin cubes.
1 (6-ounce) package any flavor gelatin dessert mix
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
6 cups cut-up mixed fresh fruit
Stir together gelatin and boiling water in 8-inch square pan 3-4 minutes or until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in whipping cream. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm.
Cut gelatin into 1-inch squares. Dip bottom of pan into warm water 15 seconds. Remove gelatin squares from pan; place into individual bowls or large serving bowl. Toss with fresh fruit. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
- If making salad more than 2 hours ahead, keep fruit and gelatin separate until serving time.
