Ingredients

5 cups
your favorite fresh fruits (strawberries, apples, cantalope, pineapple and\or kiwifruit), cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (8-ounce) package
Cheddar cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 (8-ounce) package
Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
16 (4-inch)
wooden picks

Directions

  1. Assemble kabobs by alternating fruit pieces and cheese cubes onto wooden picks.
