Ingredients

1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

4 (1-ounce) squares semi-sweet baking chocolate

1 3/4 cups sugar

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

4 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F. Line muffin pans with paper baking cups; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter and chocolate over low heat in 1-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until chocolate is melted; let cool 5 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    Stir together chocolate mixture and all remaining ingredients in bowl until well mixed.

  4. STEP 4

    Fill each paper-lined muffin cup with about 1/4 cup batter. Bake 23-27 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly. Remove cupcakes from pans; cool completely.
