This fruit dessert is easy to make and works well for serving a large group.
3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries)
Heat oven to 400°F
Combine butter and 1/2 cup sugar in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add flour, milk and almond flavoring; beat at low speed until well mixed.
Spread dough onto bottom of ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan; prick with fork. Bake 13-20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely.
Combine all filling ingredients in bowl; spread over cooled crust. Cut into pieces; arrange fruit on top of each piece. Store refrigerated.
