Ingredients

1 tablespoon
Land O Lakes® Butter
1 tablespoon
sesame oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
finely chopped fresh garlic
1 large
green, orange, red and yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1
onion, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 tablespoon
chopped fresh rosemary*
2 teaspoons
chopped fresh oregano leaves**
1 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
1/4 teaspoon
crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon
toasted sesame seed
 
*Substitute 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed.

**Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves.

Directions

  1. Heat butter and sesame oil in 4-quart saucepan or 12-inch skillet; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients except sesame seed. Cook until peppers are crisply tender (5 to 7 minutes).
  3. Stir in 2 teaspoons sesame seed. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed.
