Ingredients

1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter

1 tablespoon sesame oil or vegetable oil

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic

1 large green, orange, red and yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips

1 onion, cut into 1/4-inch strips

1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary  

2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves  

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed

 

 *Substitute 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed. **Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat butter and sesame oil in 4-quart saucepan or 12-inch skillet; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.

  2. STEP 2

    Stir in all remaining ingredients except sesame seed. Cook 5-7 minutes or until peppers are crisply tender.

  3. STEP 3

    Stir in 2 teaspoons sesame seed. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed.
